The Challenge
Standard PU and nylon wheels were scribing and damaging the epoxy floor on every pass, forcing a full recoating cycle every few months, while also generating excessive noise across the shop floor.
The Muvtons Solution
Muvtons formulated a floor-safe ME-LE wheel compound (GRDE Series) tuned to spread contact load rather than concentrate it, fitted directly to the plant’s existing bolt-hole centres with no trolley modification and no line downtime.
